Time Commitment
Board members are asked to commit approximately 3–5 hours per month, including:
- Attending regular board meetings and arriving prepared
- Participating in at least one committee or priority initiative
- Reviewing materials and completing follow-up responsibilities
- Supporting fundraising, community outreach, and relationship-building
- Attending key Not Bossy Nation programs or events when possible
